Location is excellent! You can get to the hotel from the underground walkway via a lift—no need to brave the weather. Seicomart is directly downstairs, very very convenient. The shopping street—Tanukikoji is 1 min away, the Ramen Alley is 3 mins away. Could not ask for more.

Location is pretty good. Near Susukino station, 5 mins walk to Odori station and ard 20mins to Sapporo station by walking underground. Room size is decent. Breakfast is interesting but only 2 choices to choose from/

The breakfast was really really good, and the location is super convenient. The bottom floor of the hotel directly connects to the poletown mall which has a good selection of food and shopping as well as connections to other malls and two subway stations which connect to most lines, as well as only being two stops from Sapporo station which connects to the JR lines.

Outstanding location in Susukino. It is connected to the underground walkway providing sheltered access to subway stations, shops, restaurants, and Sapporo Station. Take the hotel elevator to the B1 level to get to the walkway. Convenience store next to the Hotel with Lawsons, 7-11, and Family mart nearby. Rooms are smallish which is normal in Japan but fully functional. The staff is very accommodating and helpful.

The location of the hotel was awesome. We could go anywhere even it was raining because it had direct access to the underground walkways/subway. the hotel was situated near a convenience store, Mega Donki, coffee shop, shopping street and public transportation. They have their own bar ever you are given tokens for free to have some drinks. The rooms where decent in size compared to others we've stayed in for the same rate. I will book his hotel when I return.

this hotel is in front of mega donquijote in Susukinoof sapporo downtown and so I could easily find many stores and food. I got 3 coins to be able to use them only for restaurant in the hotel. it was great desserts and a sweet cocktail

The location is great right at the Tanukikoji shopping street, opposite to the Mega Don Quijote. There is a convenience store at the ground floor, and the hotel is right next to the tram stop and subway Susukino station. Close to lots of shops and departement store. Only 2 blocks to the landmark, Nikka whisky sign junction. The room is functional. The tempurature control is acurate and change to the setting point so fast. My room is on the 8th floor, against the road junction, but the windows do block the sound quite great. I didn't get the breakfast myself because got the early flight in the morning, but my familys in our group that stay longer for 2 days had a chance to got it, and say it tastes so great and well made also.

They gave us the knot coins to enjoy the drinks and food at the bar. We love it and enjoyed the ambience and vibes while looking outside the busy streets. The location is good, connected to the underground shopping area and between 2 subway stations. The breakfast was good but they don't change it daily. Imagine to eat the same breakfast everyday.
